Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the weReady mobile application and website (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service.

Description of Service

weReady helps users organize outings, events, and gatherings with friends and family through planning, invitations, shared content, and coordination tools.

The Service uses cloud infrastructure hosted in the United States. By using the Service, you acknowledge the international processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

User Content

You retain ownership of your Content. By posting Content, you grant weReady a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Content shared within an outing is visible to all participants of that outing.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the Service, upload unlawful or infringing content, interfere with system integrity, or attempt unauthorized access.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload photos or other content containing:

• Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit content
• Violence, gore, or graphic content
• Weapons or threatening imagery
• Hate speech, hate symbols, or extremist content
• Illegal drug use or drug paraphernalia
• Content that harasses, threatens, or demeans others

Content Moderation

Automated Screening

All uploaded photos are automatically screened using artificial intelligence technology. Photos that violate our content guidelines will be automatically rejected and will not be shared.

Violation Consequences

• First violation: Photo rejected, warning issued
• Repeated violations: Account may be temporarily suspended
• Severe or repeated violations: Account may be permanently banned

We reserve the right to take action against accounts that repeatedly attempt to upload prohibited content, including permanent account termination without prior notice.

Appeals

You may appeal content moderation decisions by contacting support@weready.app. Appeals will be reviewed within 5 business days.

We understand that automated systems may occasionally flag innocent content. If your photo was incorrectly rejected (for example, a beach photo or artwork), please contact us for manual review.

User Responsibility

By using weReady, you agree to:

• Only upload photos you have the right to share
• Respect the privacy of others in your photos
• Not attempt to circumvent our content moderation systems
• Report any inappropriate content you encounter

Premium Services and Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided that no premium features have been used.

If premium features have been used, refunds are not available, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user Content) remain the exclusive property of weReady.

Third-Party Services

weReady is not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the application.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, weReady shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Belgian courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
